The fastest way to find answers to your questions is through your jacando app. You will find the Help button on the upper right hand side of the screen.

Here you can find access to the Help Center with the categories Match, Admin, Talent und Time, as well as the Release Notes.

If you are looking for something specific you can use the search bar.

In case you do not find the answer you were looking for in the Help Center, simply contact our service team by filing a Support request.
