An absence can be inserted by clicking on the button labeled "Add Absence Message" in the upper right corner.
By clicking on this button, an additional window opens, allowing you to enter details about your absence. You can also upload a document to the message (eg a sick report). Click the "Submit" button to send the message.
The absence notification can then be found under "My absences, or" Absences of employees ".
These absences can either be displayed in a list as shown above or in calendar form. The button for changing the view is to the right of the heading.
