To send a message to your employee, first open the personal file.

Now click on the button "Action" at the top right and select the item "Message".

Scroll down now, but a subject and CC line will appear, as well as a message field where you can type your message.
You can also display this message as a PDF file.

Use "Submit" to send the message.
You can also find your sent and received messages in the Personal Communication column under "Message History".
