The system administrator access is used for layout customization and general management of your database. No applications can be managed with this access. Only an overview of all places is available.

Core elements
Under core elements, all current places can be viewed (jacando match), a reporting can be created over the entire database and data are exported (jacando match).

User and display settings
Here the layout of the career side (jacando Match) and the portal itself can be configured. In addition to the available languages and countries, new users (no applicants) can be created here and the user-defined fields (jacando Match, Admin and Talent) can be defined.

Documents & Templates
Documents and templates can be stored globally, so that all HR managers and support users have access to them at the messages. Important: these documents and templates can be used by the HR Managers and Support Users, but can only be edited via the System Administrator access.
