The help button can be found at the top of the bar to the right of the news button.


Here you can choose to which product you are asking and will be redirected to the website jacando.freshdesk.com. If you have an explicit question, you can enter the corresponding keyword in the search bar and the results of your search will be displayed.


You can also send a support request directly in the search field or look at the new features in the release notes.
